Stonecrest Closes 1st Home at McIntosh Place and Plans Additional Start in December

Stonecrest Homes announced this week that it has closed on its first home at McIntosh Place.  Stonecrest is currently offering the Estate Series of homes at McIntosh Place that feature floor plans ranging from 3 to 5 bedrooms and 2 to 3.5 baths.

Due to the demand for their “affordable homes of distinction,” Stonecrest plans to start an additional home next month at McIntosh Place.

Stonecrest Closes First Two Homes at Harmony on the Lakes and Plans Three Additional Starts

Stonecrest Homes announced yesterday that it has closed on its first two homes in Harmony on the Lakes Palisades.  And, due to the apparent demand for the community’s unique floorplans, the builder will immediately start three additional homes on its 8 remaining lots.

New Active Adult Plans From Stonecrest

Playing upon Jim Chapman and Nick Reuter’s previous experience with designing and developing active adult homes the two Stonecrest executives have come up with a series of six new detached active adult ranch plans that are currently out for bid with our subcontractors and vendors. 

“These new plans range in size from 1,210 heated square feet to almost 3,000 heated square feet and are 34 to 44 foot wide. They are all one and one half stories with 99% of the needed daily living space found on the ground level,” said Jim Chapman, CFO and Owner.
“These plans are so versatile and functional, yet very aesthetically pleasing. We are looking at three different locations in which to begin building them. We cannot wait.”

Stonecrest at McIntosh Place Looking Forward to First Closing

Stonecrest Homes at McIntosh Place is putting the final touches on Lot 55, a Cheswicke plan featuring 4 bedrooms, two and one half bathrooms. This new home is slated to close on Friday the 19th of November. This will be Stonecrest’s first closing at McIntosh Place and its first closing being represented by Paulette Alves with About Sales, Inc.

“Shirley Gary and Paulette have done a great job representing Stonecrest here and we could not be happier with their effort and professionalism,” said Jim Chapman, CFO of Stonecrest. “We are excited to start several more new homes this winter in anticipation of a more robust spring market.
