Stonecrest Homes Atlanta, Inc. has partnered with EquityLock Solutions, LLC to offer Home Price Protection to all its home buyers beginning Aug. 26th. This is a new, one-of-a-kind program for the metro Atlanta area and Stonecrest Homes is the first Atlanta builder to offer Home Price Protection to its new homes buyers. In fact, EquityLock has selected Stonecrest Homes to be its first national builder partner.
Home Price Protection is a real estate market protection contract that gives homeowners a financial return if their local House Price Index, as reported by the Federal Housing Finance Agency, is lower at the time of sale than when the contract was purchased for them by Stonecrest.
Jim Chapman, CFO of Stonecrest Homes Atlanta, Inc. states, “Home Price Protection will provide buyers with much needed assurance that not only is it a great time to buy, but that it is also a safe time to buy.”

“Having a vision for a master planned community is extremely gratifying. Watching it take shape just as you had hoped is even more exciting.” Says Lake Forest developer, Jack Smith.
Jack and his son, Clay Smith a Houston County native and creator of the Lake Forest conservation subdivision in Perry, are feeling very good about what they are watching these days.
“Two beautiful homes that are part of an initial 12-home phase are completed and available for move-in,” Jack explains. “The community is emerging at an ideal time in terms of growth and demand in the Warner Robins/Perry area.”
The exclusive builder, Stonecrest Homes, was handpicked by Smith who calls it “an excellent fit with our goals and approach.” Owned by industry veterans Charles Heiser, Jr. and Georgia native Jim Chapman, Stonecrest combines innovative design and quality construction with proven business systems.
“Stonecrest’s focus on the upwardly mobile family buyer was an important factor in our choice,” says Smith. He also points to the builder’s track record in energy efficiency and customer service.

Call-A-Key has been a very useful tool for Stonecrest Homes. Today’s buyer is independent and enjoys looking at homes themselves without the restriction of having to call their realtor to see a new home. Call-A-Key gives them that opportunity.
Stonecrest Homes now has Call-A-Key locks at 8 of its 10 communities. Call-A-Key is a secure, keyless entry system where buyers call to gain access to specific homes in Stonecrest’s communities. Buyers are verified and given instant access to the home with a one-time use code to unlock the door.
The Call-A-Key program notifies Stonecrest’s agent when a buyer walks through the door with real-time information. Stonecrest agents then have a viable phone number to follow up with and the opportunity to talk with the buyer while they are still touring the home.
