Sterling on the Lake Celebrates July Fourth and 10th Anniversary with Three-Day Celebration

In addition to celebrating America’s independence, the community will also be celebrating its 10 year anniversary. To mark such an important milestone the community activities board, along with community sponsors, have compiled an epic three-day-long party for residents of Sterling on the Lake.

Beginning on Friday, July 3, there will be slip-n-sliding fun for children and adults! The community is hosting a giant waterslide on its rear field from 10 a.m.- until 2 p.m. Then, from noon until 2 p.m., the grill will be smoking as hotdogs are served! At 2:30 p.m., take a break from the heat with ice cream treats. As the evening sets in, there will be a live concert beginning at 6 p.m. with The Blast Band at the Village Green Amphitheatre. Bring a lawn chair or blanket as you settle in to dance the night away or relax to some great tunes. The night ends with a grand 10-year anniversary celebration with fireworks at 10 p.m.

On Saturday, July 4, the day begins with a lunch of pizza at noon on the Side Pavilion. While enjoying your pizza, partake in a game of Bingo and win a prize. From 11 a.m. until 2 p.m., DJ Kel will be on the turntables as the community enjoys a great blend of music, perfect for celebrating America.
