Stonecrest Homes Offers Inventory Sale at Pine Grove Estates

Ho, Ho, Ho. If you are looking for a new Roswell home in time for the holidays, here is your chance. Stonecrest Homes announces its Inventory Sale at Pine Grove Estates in Roswell. Stonecrest Forms Joint Venture with Noro to Purchase Pine Grove Estates in Roswell, GA

Stonecrest, along with its new JV partner, Noro, closed this morning on its purchase of the Pine Grove Estates community from Cornerstone Bank. Pine Grove is located one mile west from downtown Roswell, GA with its incredible array of shops, restaurants and night life activities.

There will only be eight Executive Series homes built in this exclusive enclave. The homes will range in price from the high $400’s to the low $500’s and all are on basements. They will range in size from 3,500 heated square feet to 4,200 heated square feet. They will have brick and stone facades and architectural shingles. Stonecrest will be debuting its new master on the main plan, the Dover, there also.
