Stonecrest Homes Opens Second Cherokee County Community

Stonecrest Homes principals, Jim Chapman and Charles Heiser, Jr., have begun construction on two new homes and one model home at the Eagle View community in Cherokee County. The construction is being financed by the Metro Bank of Dallas, GA. The 26 remaining lots in the community are being held by an investor of Stonecrest Homes.

“We are building our Estate Series of homes at Eagle View. Specifically, an Alexander 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch on a slab; a Barrington, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath two-story on a slab; and a Cheswicke, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath two-story on a slab. The Cheswicke will be the new model home,” stated Jim Chapman, CFO.

Bob Romano with Coldwell Banker / NRT Development Advisors will be listing the homes and selling from the Cheswicke model. Construction is underway and the opening of the model is slated for mid-October.
