Stonecrest Wins First OBIE from GAHBA at McIntosh Place

Stonecrest Homes’ first community, McIntosh Place, won its first OBIE Award from the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association last Saturday night. The OBIEs celebrate excellence in the local Atlanta homebuilding industry. For builders building 1-99 homes per year and in the $200,000 – $289,0000 detached category, Stonecrest’s model home, a Cheswicke, earned a Silver OBIE Award.
