Stonecrest Homes is a thoughtful and purposeful collaboration between Charles Heiser, Jr., the former division president of a national production home building firm, and Jim Chapman, an Atlanta native and the owner of Atlanta’s leading active adult home builder, Jim Chapman Communities. Their partnership reflects their individual strengths in construction, operations and marketing and sales, as well as just being successful businessmen.

Jim earned an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, which he successfully put to work in creating, developing and building award-winning active adult residential neighborhoods under Jim Chapman Communities.

As Chief Financial Officer of Stonecrest Homes, Jim has designed the company’s solid financial blueprint. It is actively supported by strong lender and investor partners who share the vision of the need for a well capitalized, mid-size production home builder in the Atlanta metro area.

Charles is a graduate of Purdue University’s Building Construction Management program. For two decades he has been intimately involved in residential development and home building having overseen the construction of thousands of homes throughout the Southeast and the Midwest. As President and CEO, he brings extraordinary abilities in home design, operational systems and construction management to Stonecrest Homes.
